| half my holidays are gone. yes it is. and what have i achieved?
nothing. besides being a retailer's dream customer...yeap. u can
imagine the size of my loot from shopping complexes. Haish.
i've got to start thinking of things to bring back now. get them during the sales. pots and pans, food, books, accessories?
darn i don't want to go back. i don't like changes.
each year, ever since SPM, i've been constantly going through changes.
changes after changes. it came to a point that i never got to enjoy the
consequences of adaptation long enough before i realise i've got budge
again.
there's not much of changes come to think of it. just some minor ones.
first i'm moving into a new hse. second i'm 2nd year. third it's like
going to UK to start Uni again.
1 : i think i got quite used to where i used to stay. although a little
lonely, but it's pretty comfy. pretty reasonable as well! i don't have
to worry about bills and all. the room is pretty big and i like the
place. location is a bit dodgy, but it's pretty convenient as well. but
far from Uni i must admit. sigh.
2 : i don't want to go through the MAD episode that i successfully
pulled through a couple months ago. exams were manic i swear. and
according to seniors, things just gets worse.
3 : i come back to KL and rediscover the luxury of home, my comfort
zone. it's wonderful. i can't imagine myself going back to UK having to
cook for myself again, shop for groceries and keeping track of things.
it's depressing. and when i go back it's going to be bleak winter. darn
weather. here i get to enjoy the abundance of the sun. sigh
but anyway...
cest la vie. i'm hungry. i'm going to get a bite.

| *attempts to yank my hair out*
World Health...
AIDS - almost 75% of sub-saharan africa HIV +ve sufferers are women
MMR
- major causes of MMR (maternal mortality rate) are sepsis (puerperal
sepsis), toxaemia (hypertensive conditions, odema, fits...) and
haemorrhage (esp post partum haemorrhage)
Malaria - P. falciparum most deadly. other species are benign. 5% of death worldwide per annum
sighhh
*screams*
*feels like plunging the letter opener into my heart and die of haemorrhage*

hmmm...
i can be a public health director. keke...and abolish the existance of such a stupid module.
'...the purpose of this exam is just to reward those who attend the lectures...' Prof Madeley (coordinator of the public health module)

| urgh...this sucks...
my finals are in 2 weeks. and i barely even reach the midpoint of
covering everything. and already i'm skimming on parts that don't need
my attention!
sigh...
i'm getting ulcers in my mouth too. which is something i don't get very
often. and i'm starting this odd pattern of waking up with extremely
weird dreams.
Among those that i've had, i only manage to recall these few...help me...
Dream 1
i was on a cruise. there was a HUGE massive highway. and i was driving.
really fast. then scene switched to the cruise, with a theme park, and
a HUGE massive pool. and then it switched back to the highway again. i
swear i the highway looked familiar, prolly the same highway which was
used in other of my dreams as well.
Dream 2
i went home. was brought back to another house. a smaller house. a tiny
apartment. my siblings were somewhere else. at school or something like
that. the elder brother was in KTJ. i was the only one at home. then
came my dad. explained some things to me. told me he was in trouble.
and that he had to sell the house. and the worst thing was, they've
been living in that tiny apartment for quite some time. and he didn't
tell me. and i was doing medicine! hell i broke into tears. woke up
choking in tears. i was so afraid that it was true. after that i still
cried and cried and cried.
Dream 3
i broke my tennis racquet. walked around this sports shop which had
similar architecture as the Djanogly Library. spirally orientated, i
walked and walked and walked. couldn't find a descent tennis section.
was quite frustrated. asked if i could order one. i remember i was
wearing blue. then the whole place became kinda blu-ish. then i
remember arguing with the person serving me. i said i wanted to
restring my broken tennis racquet (i don't know why) but he kept saying
i shouldn't.
odd ain't they?
i'm troubled.
i'm a troubled medic.
i'm a troubled medic struggling to finish studying.
i'm a troubled medic who is struggling to cover the material and is extremely homesick.
like i said. i'm troubled. i'm craving for food...brb.
Record of the food that i've consumed today.
5 pieces of toasties with salmon n corn mayo
1 glass of coffee
some apple and rapsberry juice
2 rabbit sweet
(these are as of 1pm)
time now : 5.43pm
i shouldn't be hungry!!??
